When scheduling either an in-person meeting or phone appointment, please use your full first and last name and regularly checked email address. After booking your appointment, please be sure to save your appointment time (in the correct time zone). Our appointment scheduler sets your appointment in Eastern Standard Time and will send you a complimentary reminder.

All phone appointments must be confirmed via a nonrefundable deposit of $20. Please reserve your phone appointment with a credit card in your name for security purposes. At your scheduled appointment time, you will be given a 5 minute grace period before the appointment will be considered forfeited. To make the most of your appointment time, please be in a quiet place and have your last tax return(s) filed handy. Also at the appointment time you must have appropriate identification to prove that you are the owner of the business/filer of the tax return you would like to discuss. Appointments will be held by video and/or conference call on our private line once the appointment is confirmed.
